Amine MRANI

Amine MRANI, born in Casablanca, comes from a family of tailors; his mother, father, aunt, uncle, and grandparents were all involved in the fashion industry. At a young age, he became interested in fashion and started creating sketches for his family’s international tailoring business. As a visionary, he then went on to study high fashion design and presented his collections both in Morocco and internationally. During the many fashion shows he participated in, he added his own unique touch, which still continues to inspire other high-end fashion houses today.

Dubbed the « King of Caftan » by international press, due to his outstanding journey, he is the Moroccan designer who has brought the caftan to a global level. A great designer, he has introduced Moroccan creators to the international scene and continues to organize the most prestigious Caftan of Morocco shows in luxury venues worldwide, such as Marrakech, Dubai, Washington DC, Abu Dhabi, Los Angeles, Paris, Moscow, Brussels, Antwerp, Amsterdam, Montpellier, Lyon, Egypt, Lisbon, Dusseldorf, Berlin, Vienna and many more.

Amine Mrani has participated in many high-profile events and shows in Morocco, including multiple editions of the Caftan fashion show, Maroc Premium and other private events. He continues to expand his brand and promote Moroccan artisans worldwide. In 2008, he opened his second high-fashion house in Rabat’s Haut Agdal district, thanks to the growing popularity of his collections, both in Morocco and abroad. The style of his couture house, AMINE MRANI, is a blend of elegance between Western and Eastern cultures, which evolves with each collection, combining the excellence of Moroccan craftsmanship with current fashion trends and the use of luxurious materials such as satin, taffeta, leather, and furs.

Each season, the couture house of Amine MRANI releases several innovative collections that reflect a reinterpretation of Morocco’s rich and diverse cultural heritage and craftsmanship.

Très jeune, Amine s’est introduit dans le monde de la mode en réalisant des croquis pour la clientèle déjà habituée à la maison de couture au niveau international.

Visionnaire, il a entamé par la suite des études en double formation de haute couture, et a présenté ses collections au Maroc et à l’international.  Durant les nombreux défilés de mode où il a participé, il a pu mettre l’accent sur sa propre touche, qui jusqu’aujourd’hui inspire les grandes maisons de couture.

Nommé le Roi du Caftan par la presse internationale, vu son parcours hors du commun, c’est le styliste marocain qui a fait le plus voyager le caftan à l’international.

Un Grand styliste qui a fait découvrir des créateurs marocains à l’international et a continué à réaliser les plus grand et prestigieux défilés Caftan Du Maroc dans les plus beaux palaces au monde, le cas de Marrakech –  Dubaï – Washington DC – Abu Dhabi – Los Angeles – Paris – Moscou – Bruxelles – Anvers – Amsterdam – Montpellier – Lyon – Égypte  – Lisbonne – Düsseldorf  – Berlin – Vienne et d’autres.

Amine Mrani a participé à des défilés de grand calibre au Maroc notamment le défilé CAFTAN en plusieurs éditions et Maroc premium et d’autres événements privés, il continue toujours à renforcer son implantation, et la promotion de ses artisans partout dans le monde.  En 2008, il a ouvert sa 2ème Maison de Haute Couture au quartier du Haut Agdal sur la ville de Rabat et ce, grâce à une popularité de plus en plus grande dont bénéficient ses collections, aussi bien au Maroc qu’à l’étranger. Néanmoins, le style de la Maison de haute couture AMINE MRANI, est une alliance d’élégance entre Occident et Orient,  qui se renouvelle de collection en collection, et allie la perfection du savoir-faire de l’artisan marocain et des tendances de la mode actuelle avec une noblesse de matières, satin, taffetas, cuir, peaux…¦

Chaque saison, la maison de couture Amine MRANI revient avec plusieurs collections innovantes. Des collections qui reflètent une réinterprétation du patrimoine culturel millénaire et diversifié du savoir-faire marocain.
